The room comes furnished with a nice looking desk, dresser, bed, etc. I am an electrician and often work out of town, looking for a trust worthy and respectful individual to share the place with. I keep to myself most of the time, gaming or listening to music with head phones. Very quiet atmosphere More ideal for someone who doesn't intend to bring a lot of stuff. Located near grocery stores, city wave pool, rundle station. Just off highway 16 and 52street it is a somewhat central location I am a dog owner so must be okay with living with a medium sized friendly dog in the house. |
