Available bathroom is also on the second floor and has a gorgeous full size clawfoot tub. Furnished kitchen, living rooms, and dining room on the main floor. Workout / yoga space in second living room. Storage space and laundry in basement. Large fenced backyard. All utilities, internet, and friendly neighbors included. I am an easy-going health care professional, 30's F, with one well behaved cat (12yr old domestic short hair). I have rented this house from a property management company for the past two years, lease renewed in July. Property management will require a credit check. My bedroom is also on the second floor & I use the bathroom on the main floor. The main floor bathroom has a shower which I'm happy to share. Looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and willing to help with shovelling snow / cutting grass. |
