| Hello! I'm looking for a female roommate (1 person) from November 1st till the end of May. You can see your future room in the picture. The bathroom is 1 and we will share it. I'm a very tidy person and am looking for the same quality in my roommate :) I'm a quiet, kind, and talkative person (but I also understand personal boundaries). I am a yoga teacher and my main interest is in self-development and wellness. Love outdoors. Not a party person. The price does not include electricity and water (it's approximately 70-80 CAD per month) Heat and internet are included. Cuddling with my dog is for free :) The building has a gym and other amenities. I'm looking for a working professional. Building administration will ask you to show them work contract and paychecks for the last 3 month, so I require those documents in advance to start the application process.
