| We are couple with no kid and no pet currently living in a two bedrooms (one big bedroom is currently vacant) house basement, it has big living room, all equipped kitchen electronics (fridge, stove,oven) and laundry washer/dryer in it. Very safe, very convenient and tranquil area, convenient for anything you need (10 minutes walk to freshco big supermarket, dollar store, shoppers, numerous restaurants, banks, public library, medical and dental clinic, AND 10 minutes by walk to SADDLE TOWN LRT STATION that will take you around 20-30 minutes to downtown by one blueline LRT NO NEED TO TRANSFER TO REDLINE LRT. 3-5 minutes walk to orange max bus stop in front off the house. It takes only about 20-30 minutes to go to the calgary international airport by bus from this property. Quiet place, meant to be for a single renter who has stable income, mature, considerate, responsible, quiet and for sure clean. Really apologize but it is unfortunately Zero tolerance for party and drugs, excessive alcohol and weeds! No pet, no kid please, single renter only. Rental agreement month to month, damage deposit is just $700. Monthly rent is $800 all inclusive including (wifi, gas heater, water, electricity, waste management fee etc). I have always been at work cause of my long hours work shifts. For us Home is only for cooking, doing chores, resting and sleeping. Unfortunately no visitors or sleep over as the landlord lives 5 minutes away and always come to check and the upstairs renter is couple who has 2 months old baby meaning they might will report any disturbances to the landlord. Please note that THE BEDROOM IS UNFURNISHED. |
