| Hello, I have one room for rent in a 3 bedroom home. The current resident lives with his animal. No more pets allowed. There are two washroom separate from each other upstairs. Unit includes all utilities. (Gas, electric and water). Current tenant is a young individual works and is very easy going. If interested, please send me an email. Stating a quick introduction and why your are best suited for the residency. Rent is $1000.00 monthly & damage deposit is half months rent. Responsibility include taking proper care ones washroom and being respectful to the other resident. Unfurnished and located in N.E. of Savana area of Calgary. C-train close by and all stores are bus or walking distance. Very quite and subtle neighborhood. Appreciate all who contact and if the add is still up then the room will be still available.
