| Looking for a female tenant, non-drug user (4:20 outside is ok), cats are ok, who cleans up after themselves, who’s respectful; not shady or a thieve and pays rent on time. This is a shared two bedroom property. One bedroom is occupied by the owner who is a 40 year old male. I have provided for use: a separate mini fridge and freezer dishes, drink-ware and cutlery towels You get access to the kitchen and dining room; which includes table, chairs, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, sink and dishwasher. There’s in-suite laundry, a fireplace and hallway storage cabinet. Room comes with a key lock and I can furnish with a bed frame and bed in a box. Parking is street availability, unless you can procure a parking stall with condo management. Rent is $800/monthly + 50% of Internet($50) & Electricity(?) You will need to get tenant insurance, which is $20-$30/month. Damage deposit is the same as rent. |
