| Hello! So I am on the hunt for my new home, hoping I'll fit the profile of your next ideal Tennant. I'm looking for a private residence for myself and my 7 year old very quiet , very well behaved dog Wylie. 1 plus a den would be awesome, however far from a requirement. My budget is up too 1350 if the utilities are included, otherwise [ and more desireably] less. I can also offer yard maintenance, cleaning and small home renovations in exchange for partial rent. Currently I do post construction clean up part time , and have the privilege of an organization I work with pay 50% of my rent securing my living stability! I'll be attending school in the winter months for graphic design although I'm long past my collage student days. Just saying, you don't have to worry about any frat parties goin down as sadly those days are behind me. I am a good Tennant, respectful neighbour and responsible pet owner. I can proudly say I have not been late or missed a rent payment in over 2 years. I have great references and can have my portion of the rent along with the portion that is paid by the subsidy, directly to my landlord guaranteeing rent is paid on time same day every month. The reason I'm leaving where I am currently is only because the house is over 100 years old and has just been rezoned. Soon to be demolished and rebuilt as an apartment complex . A house , apartment , condo , a tree house as long as it was safe and warm would be great with me. New or fixerupper, as long as there is some natural light flowing through ,I'm pretty easy going and adaptable.
