Hi. I am a mature lady and would like to move to a bright place in a more central area in NW, SW, SE or NE Calgary...near bus. I enjoy indoor plants and gardening. I have 3 spaded female cats (one is 17 yrs old & the other two are 3 years old). Also, I have 2 flightless & quieter birds. I need somewhere to move as of August 1. Have my own furniture such as small china cabinet and some storage things for dishes & such, a toaster oven, fridge & small freezer so all I need is sink for washing dishes and of course a washroom. Am willing to get rid of things if the place has what I need too! It would be great if there was a washer & drier too for my use. Am ok with open concept as long as I have my own private entrance to lock up. As mentioned, I enjoy gardening & flowers and would be willing to maintain yard. Right now, I have a vegetable garden and flower gardens where I am renting. Would love to transplant my flowers and strawberries to someone's yard and perhaps beautify it, if desired Have to move due to HUGE rent increase to $2200/mth from $1200)!!! The landlord says he is raising it so much because increases of interest rates & mortgage. At this time I am doing shared accommodation to help myself stay out of the red so can afford no more than $1000/mth which includes utilities.
