| I’m looking for something simple, smaller, with the necessities, (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, maybe a small storage room,) for me & my 9 year old son ****Hopefully**** our two quiet well behaved litter trained fixed female adult cats. But it’s not an absolute must as they as safe & taken care of where they are for the time being. I have between $1600 & $2000 give or take coming in for income every month depending on the month, & once I have a permanent home base I will be working on my business again so I will have quite a bit more money over the summer as I have a mobile vehicle detailing business & also work off & on as house cleaner/ organizer. If I could have any house I’ would choose a smaller older character home that wasn’t in complete disstress but could definitely use a bit of work. A garage would be a huge plus & could definitely help with income but also isn’t mandatory. I have a long term boyfriend who is out of town the majority of time for work so his permanent residence technically is at his parents but he does usually stay with me the brief periods of time he is home which isn’t normally more than a week at a time a couple times a month. I’m looking for the north east or the southeast areas of forest lawn & Marlborough as my son goes to school in Marlborough. I’m not a partier or very social person & enjoy peace & quiet. The last house I had I was there for two years & the landlord sold it, since the the rental market has been crazy & I’ve had a hard time finding something I can afford or qualify for. So I thought maybe it was time to put this out there. I have proof of income personal & rental references, & whatever else is needed . |
