| Starting first week of November, 2 rooms in the NE area of Calgary are available. I'm looking for female only roommates. Currently, there’s me (28 female), I own the house and I stay in the basement which is my own space but I do go up to then main floor to cook and eat. I currently have one Japanese roommate and one Brazilian roommate. We’re all quite respectful of each other and hope our future roommate will be as well. I also raise a three year old cat her name is Ophie and is very friendly with people. Unfortunately, she is unable to be around other cats as she is highly susceptible to getting ill. If you're looking to move in right away I have a room available right now. The second room will be available from Nov 2. Both rooms have a single bed, closet, drawers, a desk, lamp and chair. The kitchen is spacious with a gas range, refridgerator and freezer, as well as various appliances that are shared with everyone. The living is a shared area with a large bay window looking out to the front yard. Transcanada plaza is less than a 10 min walk away with a Save On Foods, Rexall, Gymvmt, Dollarama and many other stores.
