I will not accept cheque's and will not accept email cheque's) I am looking for a roommate to rent out my spare room in my 3 bedroom main floor, on montrose Crescent ne, for 1000$ with utilities and internet included. It's a couple blocks from 16th Ave with buses that go to sunridge and lions park lrt, and walking distance to center street and coop. Must be ok with a cat. Alittle about myself, Im a 32 year old construction worker who has worked at Shed Solutions Calgary for a total of 10 years. I'm a smoker and social drinker however do not smoke inside, only outside. I'm out of the house for the better part of 12 hours a day for my job. (sometime more sometime less) I do meal prep for the week on Sundays as I spend such little time at home during the week.
