| Looking for July 1st move in, can be negotiated to slightly sooner or later. We are a clean, well kept couple looking for a roommate to rent our spare room, preferably for at least a year, 800$/ month (all utilities and internet included). No bias on gender or age as long as you are responsible. Must be okay with animals especially reptiles (which are kept clean, secure and central to one bedroom), as well as we have a cat. Pet-Friendly is negotiable simply because of our current animals but definitely open for conversation. The room is partially furnished with a Queen sized mattress and a clothing rack that can be moved if furnishing is not needed as well as painting is an option. It is a nice townhouse about 1600 sq. ft. located on Bonaventure Dr. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom w/ a finished basement that is mostly unused so that is extra space that can be utilized as well as a small backyard.
