| I'm looking for an easygoing mate(friend) to live in a two-bedroom apartment at downtown. You'll have your private bedroom. I bought a lot of furniture when i moved in so it's already furnished. There is a 55 inch smart TV and a large comfortable couch in the living room with beautiful Calgary Tower view from the balcony. It's only 5 minutes walk to the Victoria Park/Stampede c-train station, and 3 minutes walk to three free tennis courts. The laundry is in the building. We will split the monthly apartment rental $1650 ($825 each). The water and heating are included in the rent, but we'll split the electricity and wifi cost. I am smoke free and drug free with regular work and rest schedule. I hope you are also smoke and drug free, or at least no smoke at home. Please be clean, well-organized and quiet in the evening so we and our neighbors can sleep well. The move-in date will be after September 25. The Current lease will continue until January 31, 2024. We can continue with another lease term after this one if we want. I like badminton, karaoke, movies, hiking, board games, swimming, tennis, etc. Living together in an apartment is a good chance to make friends. Feel free to contact me and schedule a visit. |
