My boyfriend and I are moving back to Ottawa and have a lovely 1 bedroom 2 bathroom basement apartment, and we are looking for a couple or single person with solid income to takeover our lease that ends the 30th of June 2025. Move in date would be Dec 1st. Rent is $1,300 per month, with 300$ utilities. Lots of storage space, parking spot is available. Across from Confederation park, 20 minute walk to UofC and Lion's Park station, bike pump track and golf course nearby, across the street from 105 bus stop, beautiful, quiet location. Nice backyard with a patio set. We are moving to Ottawa in new year and planning on leaving furishings (Included). Furnishings include: - TV with stand - large L couch and lounge chair - coffee and breakfast table - assorted plates, bowls, utensils and glassware - appliances (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, laundry machine) - queen and bunk bed frames - single futon Our landlord is really great, and the people upstairs are university students, very respectful. Available to renew if it's a good fit. |
