| Bright and huge welcoming space available July.9,2024 Located on 17ave SW& 12st. This huge room has floor to ceiling windows providing natural light. This warm and welcoming space will be available for rent this summer for $1400 per month plus gst (preference to long term renters) Or If you’ve always dreamed of branching out on your own but aren’t tech savvy/ have the patience for bookkeeping we can discuss a commission split. This space is currently run by “Reactive Wellness & Massage” as a holistic space with practitioners who believe in a team atmosphere and the benefits of multiple modalities existing in one space. This allows for client ease as we can refer within our own space helping to build everyone’s business. Looking for a massage therapist, osteopath, chiropractor, or other modality health practitioner who is interested in joining our space. Would consider someone in aesethics as well- no waxing allows as per building non compete. The room has been recently renovated. Please note this space does not have a sink in the room, we have a shared kitchen that has a sink. I will have another room that has the plumbing for a sink available in likely July or August this room will be $1300 per month plus gst. Currently there is an acupuncturist, massage therapist in the clinic. We believe in a team environment and refer to each other business to support one another. Ideally the therapist who comes on board will also believe in this approach, is professional but also laid back. This is our home so bringing in the right person to keep the environment we have created is my main priority as the clinic owner (also a massage therapist). Practitioners can purchase a parking stall at the rear of the building for an extra cost; there is free parking on both side streets of the clinic.
