| Hello. The pictures showing gives you landlords an idea what I am able do for your yard if you rent to us. (AM VERY RESOURCEFUL, the flowers I grow come back every year to save money). Also, if you check my profile, I do housekeeping. We are two responsible, quiet, mature, non smoking ladies who do not do drugs or drink and would like to move to a bright, nice sized, unfurnished, 2 bedroom place (JULY 31).....Please, due to work; IN A MORE CENTRAL QUADRANT of the city-near bus. ☆☆Would be very happy, if there's a washer & drier and a place to store stuff. We can afford $1500-$1600/mth with utilities included. In general, I like having flowers, gardening and enjoy nature. I have 3 spaded female, well behaved indoor cats (one is around 18 yrs old & the other two are 3). Also, I have 2 flightless, quieter and well maintained birds. We are needing somewhere to move as of July 31. As mentioned, I enjoy gardening & flowers (am always trying to improve with rocks & cute ornaments) and would be willing to maintain your yard (have lawnmower, weedwacker, pruning scissors, tree pruners and gardening equipment). I am able do some cleaning too. HAVE REFERENCES... ~Right now, I have a somewhat maintained vegetable garden and flower gardens. Would love to transplant some flowers & strawberries to someone's yard to beautify it more and maybe even have a veggie garden??? IF THE LANDLORD ALLOWS.
