| Hi my name is Katlin, I'm a Mom of three young daughters ages 12, 11 and 6, we are currently looking for a rental for March 1- April 15th. I've been in my current home for 13 months and my previous one for 5 years and have great rental references from both as both were selling and that is the reason for moving in both cases. I have 3 dogs, 2 Chihuahuas ages 2 and 6 and a 12 year old labx as well as a hamster who is nearly 2. I don't mess around on my pet maintenance and my dogs do not mess in the house, my landlady now and previous will attest to that I'm sure. I'm not late on rent ever and often send half early and the second half automatic sends the night of. A stable reliable home over my childrens head is my priority, I want somewhere to lay down long term roots I don't want to move again for a long time, I'm tired of moving my family around. I am currently on income assistance awaiting approval of my Aish application, I have stable reliable income and know how to penny pinch to make things work every month no matter what. I bring all my own lawn maintenance tools and know how to use them, I have all my own snow shoveling tools as well. I am previously a house cleaner and a construction cleaner by trade, following that I went back to school and got a diploma in addictions and community service work. I can provide character references as well as my rental references. My top budget that I'm able to afford is $2200 per month plus utilities, I've taken a long time budgeting and calculating to know this is feasible. My current rent has been $2000 for the past 13 months plus utilities I've never been late or missed a rental payment, though my landlady does allow me to pay utilities in 2 payments.
