Looking for someone who's clean, quiet, respectful and considerate of others as the kitchen, living room, and yard/patio are common spaces. Laundry and washroom is also shared. Great Location! We are located in Brentwood across from Blakiston park. We are within 5-7min WALKING distance to Brentwood LRT/Bus station, University of Calgary, and Brentwood strip mall (restaurants, cafes, groceries, gas, dentists, medical salons, dollar store, banks, etc...) 5min drive to Market Mall, Walmart, Northlands open air shopping center, Nose Hill library, Sir Sir Winston Churchill Aquatic & Recreation Centre etc... 9min DRIVE to Sait & about 15min to downtown city center. PETS: We are currently NOT accepting dogs & cats due to shared yard space and 1 tenant being allergic to cats.
