Details: Upstairs bathroom shared with 2 people. Downstairs is shared with 3 people. The house is fully furnished, including a large kitchen, 75" TV and a gas stove. One room for rent is furnished, the other is unfurnished. Big windows throughout, so there’s plenty of sunlight and a huge backyard. Location: Located in the North West on Montana Drive. 3-minute walk to Market Mall and to the nearest bus stop. 10-minute bus ride to the University of Calgary. About Us: We’re 3 guys—2 students and 1 graduate. We keep the place clean and expect the same. We have a cleaning schedule set up that we like to stick to. House is usually quiet as everyone does their own thing during the week, but we occasionally have some friends over on weekends. If you’re interested, let us know. We are open to month to month rental for the furnished room or long term. Move in date is as soon as possible preferably on December 1st. |
