| I am looking to rent out 2 rooms to only one person (good for anyone who wants or needs extra space), the rooms are right beside each other for convenience(one room can be partially furnished with double bedframe, side table and storage drawer if u need), the place would only be shared with myself as i will be in the third room which is the biggest room, kitchen and bathroom shared with only myself, looking for someone who will treat the place like home rather than a room for rent, current roommate is moving out july 1st, rent would be $900 all inclusive (includes wifi and access to laundry) with a $500 dd, no pets |
