| My husband and I, both dedicated professionals in our mid-30s, are eagerly seeking a pet-friendly home to rent as we embark on the exciting journey of parenthood. With our beloved 55-pound Golden Retriever, a quiet and well-behaved member of our family, we are in search of a property that will accommodate our growing family and our furry companion. Having spent the last decade renting in Calgary, we understand the value of a comfortable and welcoming home. Sadly, our current landlord's decision to sell has prompted us to seek a new place to create lasting memories. However, we view this transition as an opportunity for fresh beginnings and new adventures. As lovers of the great outdoors, we envision a home that reflects our active lifestyle, ideally with a fenced yard where our dog can roam safely. Our preference is for a house or townhouse with a minimum of three bedrooms and a basement, providing ample space for our expanding family and accommodating our work from home professions. We are targeting move-in for August and are prepared to commit to a two-year lease for the right property. Our preferred areas include the SW, SE (especially newer communities), and NW regions of Calgary. Our search area includes the communities surrounding Calgary. Our budget for rent is up to $2500, excluding utilities.
