Option for a furnished next room(will be $1,000 per month), has queen bed, large dresser and closet in room. Garage parking spot (optional for $100 per month) Shared kitchen, living room, back patio/yard, laundry Must be ok with a German Shepherd dog, NO other pets will be considered Looking for two working professionals (single or a couple) Must be clean and tidy (will have shared cleaning responsibilities for shared areas) No parties No drugs Available July 1st Damage deposit will be one months rent Serious inquiries only.
