| I have a property coming available as of January 1st possibly mid December. It is a two bedroom one bathroom. The rooms are a fairly good size with loads of storage in the one bedroom as the whole wall is cupboards. The house is roughly just under 1000 sq feet. The house is quaint in a very quiet neighbourhood in Hillcrest. It has a large deck for great extended living space in the summer. The renter who is leaving is very sad to have to go but unfortunately life is taking her elsewhere, she has been there for 5 years which is why I have no updated photos at the moment. There is a driveway and the property is unfenced which adds to the beauty as it backs on to the creek. It is like its own little forest at the back. I don't have updated pictures as of yet so this is a mix of what I have available. It is a true one of a kind little gem of a house. Rent is $1850 ($106 going to municipal utilities) plus DD. You will be responsible for municipal utilities however this will come out of the $1850 we are charging for rent. I hope that is not confusing which is why Im stating twice.
