| Roommate wanted: I am looking to share a 1600 sqft, 3 storey, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Auburn Bay. The roommate would enjoy a large unfurnished, carpeted bedroom with a large east facing window, carpeted walk-in closet with window, and a private full sized 3 pc, ceramic tiled bathroom on the second level. Additional shared spaces include a laundry room on the second level, large kitchen, dining room, living room, half-bathroom all on the main level, and large den/rec room on the lower level. The main level is fully furnished, and the lower level is partially furnished. Both main and lower levels have large windows to let in ample natural light in the mornings and evenings. There is a balcony off of the main level and a patio pad off of the lower level. There is an attached double car garage and driveway, where the roommate would have one spot in the garage for their vehicle. The roommate would also enjoy access to the private neighbourhood lake and its amenities. My townhouse is situated close to bus stops with easy access to 52nd Street, Deerfoot, and Stoney. It is close to various grocery stores, restaurants, doctors, banks, the South Calgary Health Campus and YMCA. The roommate would be respectful, quiet and tidy. No smoking or drugs permitted. Sorry, no pets as my little dog is not friendly with other pets, but loves people. Utilities are not included in the rent, but will be split in half, and for me it averages $220-$450/month. Damage deposit: $875, to be returned upon inspection on the last day. |
