| Hello! Looking for a roommate for my townhouse! (Preferably a girl as I’ve always lived with girls - grew up with 5 sisters). Optional furnished room. I work from home and professionally model. I have a friend over a decent amount of the time but will slow down once my other job starts (once the first large destructive weather event happens in Canada). I’m very clean and looking for someone who is also clean. I’m pretty extraverted and like being around people. It is in Varsity, 600m from the Brentwood C-train Station, 1.2km from Market Mall & Northland mall. 1.4km from University of Calgary. All utilities & internet included. Outside Parking spots available (free). Washer and dryer. 2 balconies. Weed friendly (smoke on either of the balconies). I have two cats here and will accept an additional cat if you own one. If you have any questions let me know! I’ll be available for house turns this month. I’d be looking for a damage deposit of $800 and am open to discussing the length of the lease!
