| Family of three seeking a pet-friendly, long term rental property in/around Beaumont (no Edmonton, please - non negotiable), possession date between March 15th and April 15th for a minimum of a 1 year lease. Minimum of 3 bedrooms (office space is a bonus), double garage or larger is a must-have. We are not interested in shared properties, main floors, basement suites, roommates, or townhouses/duplexes, single family homes only. Open to acreages as well, within a ~15 minute drive of Beaumont. We are a family of three - two adults with an elementary aged child and a well behaved, obedient, neutered German Shepherd. Both of us are business owners in the Greater Edmonton Area and have lived in our current rental home for nearly a decade, however the very unexpected sale of the property has led to an immediate and urgent need for a new place to call home. Our ideal place is newer or renovated and modernized, well-kept, and has a good sized yard for our dog and child to enjoy. We own all of our own appliances if needed, and we do all our own property maintenance, landscaping, gardening, etc and own the equipment to do so. We value our privacy in our home and are respectful of our community, would like to keep our daughter in her current school division, and our businesses are nearby, so area is absolutely critical for our choice of a place. As tenants we have always paid our rent on time, utilities have always been direct withdrawal, the property is kept neat and tidy, we are lawn/yard enthusiasts and have invested over $2,000 into beautifying the yard we now have to leave behind. We take great pride in our home and want somewhere comfortable to live. Budget is flexible - up to a maximum if $3,000/month plus utilities.
