| Room available immediately september 3rd in a bright large apartment! About me: I am a full time student and work part time as well so not home a huge amount, I still try to be home at least for a while every day because I have two cats that are very sweet and friendly. One of my cats has anxiety around other animals though so unfortunately I can’t welcome another cat at this time, and the building is sadly not dog friendly. However if you have a small pet like fish or a hamster etc you are welcome to bring them! The bathroom is shared but like I said I’m not home a lot so it’s open for use most of the time. The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom but I have a spare desk that I can lend to the right person if you need it! Rent is 1000 all included except I’m asking to split internet 50/50. Amenities include elevators in the building, underground parking and above ground parking, large balcony, dishwasher in unit |
