| Are you heading south this winter? Looking for a responsible tenant to look after your home while you are gone ? I am a 66 year old, non smoker, no pets with a new grand daughter in Courtenay that I would like to spend some time with this winter. I have owned my home since 1986. and for the last 26 years have owned and operated South Mabel Marina in the north Okanagan. I will be closing the marina in October and looking for a place in Courtenay/Comox around November. I have had tenants of my own for almost 40 years, and I’m not a bad handyman. |
