The morning sunlight pierces through in a months time. The gym mirrors and stereo make the area great for workouts, dancing, yoga, etc. There is a balcony that is northeast facing. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, tv, walk in closet, extra blankets, en suite with stand up shower. The main bathroom has a bathtub. Underground parking available and plenty of visitor parking within the complex. In suite laundry. I am renting this unit out for 6-9 months or longer. I am flexible with this. We can discuss what works best for both of us. Damage deposit is $2000 Rent is $2000 and includes everything. Available for move in immediately.
