| I am renting a fully furnished bedroom for mature, clean, working m/f in Alix. You will have your own bathroom w/ shower, fridge & microwave in the shared basement dining/living area. (As I rarely use this area it will be mostly yours to use alone) You are Shared washer/dryer, shared main Kitchen area (stove/sink/dishwasher), use of deck/yard, BBQ. Includes Utilities, Satellite TV, WIFI(except phone). Groceries are your own responsibility. Must be pet friendly as I have a dog / 2 cats (but sorry not wanting any extras) Rent $650/m + SD.
