| LGBT+ friendly apartment room for rent. I have lived in this apartment for 5+ years, and it's come time again to find a new housemate. Both of my previous housemates left because they found true love, so if you're single then maybe I'm a good luck charm or something. In this apartment lives me (31, new professional, LGBT, game-player and movie watcher, reader, softball player, quiet household lover) and my two cats (Baruch, who is pictured with me, and Poe). I don't have a photo of the room as it's occupied atm, but it can come with a double bed and frame if needed. The room has a closet. I'm looking for someone who is quiet, fun and friendly, and doesn't host late night parties (I'm in my 30's now, the party ship has long sailed). I'm a bit of a homebody, so when I'm not working or playing softball or hanging out with family/friends, I will be home. The bedroom comes with a small closet, and the apartment is fully furnished (except for laundry which is done in the communal apt. laundry room, which you have to pay for unfortunately). There is a fully furnished kitchen, and large living room. The apartment only has one bathroom. Rent is $800/month. Parking $25/month. Internet (Telus Optic High Speed) $50/month Electricity is $50/month. All together it's $900/month ($925/month if you have a vehicle). No couples and no pets. |
