These are shared housing homes with other roommates who are mostly from India. Each private and secure bedroom is fully furnished and includes heat, electricity and wifi, as well as bedding and all furniture and beds.. The common areas of each home is also fully furnished and includes all kitchen supplies including various small and large appliances. Access to free laundry room in each unit is shared with all tenants. Parking may be available on site or on road for one vehicle. We have various rooms in various layouts with different sizes good for either one or two people. Most bedrooms do not have private attached bathrooms. Kitchens are shared in each home but we can include a private refrigerator in your room and possibly a microwave. Short term and long term leases are available depending on your circumstances. Units are non smoking and are not suitable for children or pets. Please share some details about yourself when responding and whether you are employed or going to school. Rooms may include single beds, double beds, queen, or king. |
