| Female roommate wanted in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Varsity View area. Rent is 500 which includes all utilities and internet . the house is only 5 minutes walk away from University of Saskatchewan. So many bus routes are close to us and off-street parking is also available. Room is not very spacious but definitely livable. You will be living with a employed/student male, employed/student female, and our dog Coco, which is a medium sized dog. Keep in mind that we are looking for a long term roommate. No smoking is allowed in the house. Parties are welcome in respect to the hours and other tenants situation |
