| Bonjour, j'ai une petite chambre (9'2" x 9'6") dans un petit 5 1/2 situé au 3e étage d'un triplex à Verdun présentement libre. L'appartement se trouve à 10-15 mins de marche du metro et à 5 mins du bord de l'eau. La chambre est loué meublé. Le loyer inclus l'électricité, l'eau chaude, le chauffage, le wifi et le netflix. Il y a poêle, frigo, micro-onde, laveuse et sécheuse dans la cuisine à votre disposition. Stationnement disponible et facile dans la rue. La personne devrait aimer les animaux puisque je partage mon appart avec mon chien. Je ne cherche pas à avoir plus d'animaux et je suis allergique aux chats. Je recherche quelqu'un de propre et respectueux, de préférence entre 25-45 ans, qui aimerait se retrouver dans un endroit tranquille et paisible. La préférence sera accordé aux femmes mais je suis ouverte à louer aux hommes aussi. Non fumeurs seulement svp. Si intéressé, veuillez svp m'envoyer un message avec une petite introduction. Electricity, heating, hot water, wifi and access to netflix are included in the price. There is a fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer in the kitchen at your disposal. Street parking is available and easy. The person should be animal friendly because I share my apartment with my dog. I am not looking to acquire more pets and I am allergic to cats. I am looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful preferably between the ages of 25 and 45 who is looking for a quiet place to rest their head.
