| Looking for a *roommate* in this beautiful luxurious FULLY FURNISHED condo located on the water (Nuns’ Island). I’m renting out 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom condo. The extremely well lit corner unit is about 1000 sqft and has an additional 400 sqft of very large wrap around terrasse (fully furnished with patio furniture). The rent is $1300 and includes: in-suite laundry, dishwasher, wolf induction stove/oven and a sub-zero fridge. The rent includes ALL furniture, A/C, heating, hot water, electricity, wifi and access to the storage locker. My sister will be your roommate - she is fun & respectful and currently finishing her studies in International Business at Concordia U. The condo is located right by the high way entrance (about 5 min drive into Old Port). There is a bixi station right in front of the building and REM train station within 2 min walk. Ideally looking for a female young professional. Building amenities: indoor pool, hot tub, large gym, resident lounge/library, steam sauna/dry sauna, 24/7 security (who can receive your parcels), indoor guest parking, private garden and more. In the summer, there is direct water access onto the St Lawrence right behind our building where you can go paddle boarding/kayaking, etc. (rentals available in front of the condo). Private indoor parking is available for extra $ and there are suites in the building that residents can rent out for if you have visitors from out of town! |
