| Hi I’m here to offer to sublet my furnished place between Feb 22 and end of March. Just trying to find someone trustworthy A little about the place: - $935/month + Hydro (typically $90-100/month in the winter). This is what I pay and I have gone over this with the landlord as well - It's a 3-1/2. In Quebec, this means its a 1 bedroom closed and the whole apartment is for yourself - 3min walk to Verdun Metro station. About 20minutes downtown - Internet is very reliable and fast. Fizz internet (200Mbps down, 30 up) - Street Parking available but if you can help it, I'd avoid it. I can give more details about it but basically you have to move your car if the snow plows are coming (there is a way to keep track online if they are) - Lots of sunshine and a very walkable neighbourhood. 3 grocery stores within 10min walking distance (one is about a minute walk) - The neighbourhood is amazing and I could go on and on about it. I expect you to be clean and tidy as well - This is not a party house. It’s a typical 100 year old multiplex. Be mindful of your neighbours. My landlord is also my neighbour - Its furnished and I have all the appliances you need (washer, dryer, fridge, stove, air fryer, toaster oven, blender). I also have costco supply of toilet paper, towel paper, detergent and other goods so you really don't have to worry about buying these little things - Can be flexible on move/end dates and prices if they need to be adjusted accordingly based on length of stay - Some nice little miscellaneous things: smart light controls with coloured lights, sit/standing desk with dual monitors, netflix account, MAME arcade cabinet (being upgraded currently), cat cafe is 30 seconds away, and bidet for your tushy . - I will be vetting very thoroughly and be very picky.
