Accès à la cour arrière (arbres et fleurs). Dans la chambre, il y a un lit double format 54 pouces (138 cm) de large (matelas neuf), un bureau d'ordinateur et autres mobiliers. ). Deux salons sont nouvellement équipés de téléviseurs HD avec wifi. Internet rapide 100 mips et wifi rapide. Deux salles de bain (douches) avec plancher chauffant. Il y a une salle de lavage (gratuit) et un stationnement privé déneigé gratuit (pas de camion, ni de moto). Air climatisé. A partir de 130$/semaine (tout inclus, incluant l'Internet . Période de location supérieure à un mois. Près des services (nouveau IGA, nouveau Jean-Coutu, nouvelle Première Moisson, YMCA (piscine chauffée, etc..) . Mot de passe requis pour chaque chambre et pour la porte d'entré principale. Les 4 premières semaines ne sont pas remboursables.
