Une grande chambre dispo 1er mai au 30 juin dans grand 5 1/2 proche métro Lionel Groulx, 5 min en métro au centre- ville. Grande chambre disponible dès le 1er mai. La chambre est meublée (lit, armoire, sofa). Le loyer est de 730$ tout inclus. Nous allons partager un grand appartement à deux, donc cuisine avec laveuse /sécheuse, salon pour relaxer sur un grand canape, salle de bain et il y a même un petit jardin pour sortir prendre l’air. L’appartement est situé proche de tout : dépanneur et boulangerie juste à côté, de 2 min du métro Lionel Groulx (5 min au centre-ville, ligne orange et verte), 5 min a pied du marché Atwater, de la rue Notre- Dame avec supermarché, cafés, restaurants, Pharmacie, Super C et du canal Lachine. L’appartement est non-fumeur, aucun animal n’est autorisé par le proprio :-( Pour les visites, écrivez-moi un petit courriel en vous décrivant un peu. We'll be sharing a large apartment with two people, so we'll have a kitchen with washer/dryer, a living room to relax on a big sofa, a bathroom and even a little garden to get some fresh air. The apartment is close to everything: convenience store and bakery right next door, 2 min from Lionel Groulx metro (5 min to downtown, orange and green lines), 5 min walk to Atwater market, Notre- Dame street with supermarket, cafés, restaurants, pharmacy, Super C and Lachine canal. The apartment is non-smoking, no pets are allowed by the owner :-( For visits, write me a short email describing yourself. I speak French, English, German, Spanish :-) |
