But if you're up for the challenge of keeping the place as clean as the attached images, then let's dive right in :) Available July 1st for one year, it's an unfurnished bedroom in a 4-1/2 furnished condo a few steps from UQAM. 3 minutes walk from Couche-Tard and Le Central. 5 minutes walk from St-Laurent and Champ-de-Mars metro stations and the Desjardins complex (IGA, Jean Coutu, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Dollarama, Winners, ...). Laundry on the ground floor (parking available for $ extra). Built in 2002, the concrete building is clean, quiet, well maintained and secure. Your share is $735 rent + ~$25 hydro (as per the last two years bills) + $30 internet per month. You will be required to pay your share of the rent directly to the management. Visits are possible from 15:30 to 17:00 on weekdays and Fridays after 4pm and all weekends as I go to work and French classes the entire week.
