I am currently staying in the bedroom and the den is available for rent. I am looking for a student or young adult who is clean and tidy, and respects others’ personal space and quiet hours. The den is for rent at $1030/month - wifi included. Electricity will be split between the two of us depending on the usage. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.
