| Bonjour / Hello Mon nom est Yannick, 34 ans Cette annonce a comme objectif de former une future colocation pour mai / juin / juillet. J’habite présentement dans un 5 ½ dans Maisonneuve, j’ai un bail et je commence à chercher activement pour un autre logement dans le secteur Hochelaga-Maisonneuve ou Ville-Marie. Présentement, j’aurais l’opportunité de louer un très bel appartement 6 ½ dans le secteur Ville-Marie à 5 minutes à pieds du Métro Frontenac. Je recherche donc au minimum une autre personne responsable, propre et engagée à avoir une belle collocation afin d’être les signataires du futur Bail. (Chats acceptés) Il y a aussi une possibilité d’avoir un ou deux stationnements. Un peu plus sur l’appartement, il y a 4 chambres, dont deux grandes chambres, un sous-sol fini, deux salles de bain et une cuisine immense. Le proprio fera une enquête de crédit, et il demande aussi de bonne référence aussi. Donc, pas la peine d’essayer si tu n’as pas ce qu’il faut pour être sur un bail. Pour ma part, je viens de terminer un Bacc en enseignement, je suis enseignant à la CSSDM, j’adore les plantes, j’ai une formation en musique, je suis passionné par le hockey et la nature en général. Je souhaite former une collocation afin de me donner plus de marge de manœuvre afin de payer des dettes accumulées pendant mes longues études. J’ai des électros, plusieurs meubles pour fournir un appartement et aussi beaucoup de plantes. J’aime aussi construire des meubles en bois, ou encore le côté chaleureux des belles boiseries rustiques. J’ai comme projet d’avoir une belle colocation dynamique avec des gens sympas qui font leurs parts et qui ont aussi une vie active ( projets, travail, etc. ) Sur l’annonce, je mets seulement une photo de la cuisine de l’appartement en question. Je pourrai t’envoyer plus de photo après une première discussion convaincante. Finalement, je suis activement en recherche de logement présentement. Mon objectif est de chercher bien et efficacement afin de trouver un logement dans ces temps de crise du logement difficiles. Envoi-moi une description de toi, tes passions, tes occupations dans la vie et ton budget ( à prévoir 650-700 $ pour les deux grandes chambres ) électricité, chauffage et internet non compris et il me fera plaisir de te répondre pour faire une première communication par téléphone ou en personne ( ça serait l’idéal). I currently live in a 5 ½ in Maisonneuve, I have a lease and I am starting to actively look for other accommodation in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve or Ville-Marie sector. Currently, I would have the opportunity to rent a very nice 6 ½ apartment in the Ville-Marie sector, a 5-minute walk from the Frontenac Metro station. I am therefore looking for at least another person who is responsible, clean and committed to having a good shared accommodation in order to be the signatories of the future Lease. (Cats accepted) There is also a possibility of having one or two parking lots. A little more about the apartment, there are 4 bedrooms, including two large bedrooms, a finished basement, two bathrooms and a huge kitchen. The owner will do a credit check, and he will also ask for a good reference too. So, don’t bother trying if you don’t have what it takes to be on a lease. For my part, I have just completed a Bacc in teaching, I am a teacher at the CSSDM, I love plants, I have a background in music, I am passionate about hockey and nature in general. I would like to form a shared accommodation in order to give myself more room to maneuver in order to pay off debts accumulated during my long studies. I have appliances, several pieces of furniture to furnish an apartment and also a lot of plants. I also like building wooden furniture, or the warm side of beautiful rustic woodwork. My plan is to have a nice, dynamic roommate with nice people who do their part and who also have an active life (projects, work, etc.) On the ad, I only put a photo of the kitchen of the apartment in question. My goal is to search well and efficiently in order to find accommodation in these difficult times of housing crisis.
