Le logement est un demi-sous-sol. Il y a un lit "murphy" qui permet de le lever pour avoir plus de place. L'appartement est situé devant un parc et proche d’épiceries, d’une piscine, et de plusieurs restaurants. Excellent quartier! La rue est calme et c’est facile de se stationner en tout temps. Le logement est non-fumeur. Les animaux (incluant les chats) ne sont pas acceptés. Il y a une légère inclinaison dans le plancher.
