| ---For September 1st-- Located in the historical building of Haddon Hall. There is 24hour security and maintance. Parking available at an additional cost. Intercom buzz system and elevator. Also have a great gym you can go to at any hour. Each room's heating is individually controlled, no air conditioning but can easily add one into the available room. There is a functional fireplace but it doesnt really get used...unless maybe to roast marshmallows. We're very central downtown so located close to universities/a bunch of groceries stores/threaters/shopping/you can walk to get anything you need. High speed unlimited internet and cable t.v is split every month. We are two young professionals in our 20's (A chef and a travel agent) The building is quiet so during work week things are pretty calm but we are social people and like to enjoy a good time when work is done. So ideally we're hoping to finding another student or young professional to join our awesome place :) The room available has a lot of space, a large window so is nice and bright with a large closet as well.
