We're looking for a clean and quiet female roommate (current roommates are all ladies in their 20s-30s) to share our large house. We all value cleanliness and get along well, and we hope you'll enjoy joining our big family. :) The house is in a very convenient location: a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, within walking distance to Walmart, the workplace, the mall, etc. Parking available. The room is located on the semi-basement floor, fully furnished with new furniture (new bed mattress, desk, chair, walk-in closet), featuring a big window that lets in plenty of sunlight. You will share this floor, bathroom, and laundry facilities with just one other girl. In total, there will be four people (all female) living in the house, and we have three bathrooms available. The rent included: GB internet, water, heat, electricity, indoor laundry, snow removal etc. It's fully furnished with new furniture. No smoking, no party, no pets. It's a quiet and peaceful community. We have very friendly Neighborhoods. If you are interested, please message me. * This room is not for sharing.
