Rent includes ; electricity , heating, Wi-Fi, Water , one parking and washer/dryer use (weekly). Washroom shared with owner mostly for laundry. Kitchen usage is shared Room is in the a split entry house (see images for location) . Close to bus stops . Close to shopping , groceries & amenities (about 2km). We are two persons living in the house (husband and wife). We have south asian ethenic background. Children visit during study breaks. We are taking care of daughter's small cat but no other pet is permitted in the house. We are looking to rent to a female post graduate student or a working professional. No smoking and no alcohol permitted in the house and on property. No parties and no sleep over. Rent will be month-to-month basis, paid in advance on 1st of each month. One month security deposit .
