| My two roommate and I are looking for someone to join us in our wonderful home for June 1st 2024. We are all females between the ages of 22-25 who work full-time jobs. - Rent is $1025 per month (utilities included) - There is an additional $28.22 each month for wifi and renters insurance. - Its a month-to-month lease (which is rent-controlled) - There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus a living room and kitchen. It a 3 minute walk from ossington subway station. - Laundry is in-building, shared amongst all units and costs $2.75 per load. We are looking for someone to come on for June 1st and for long term lease You must be able provide the following to our landlord 1. driver license, 2. full credit report, not just score, 3. reference of previous living arrangements 4. pay stubs and current place of employment with employment letter.
