Hello, my roommate is moving to another country and I am looking for a new roommate. I am 29 years old, gay friendly, great cook, non-smoker and I work from Monday to Friday. I live in a basement in an excellent location close to Bathurst & Sheppard. You have access to Metro, many restaurants, banks, GoodLife Gym, the 84 bus stop to Downsview and Sheppard-Yonge is only 5 minutes walk from my place. The room includes a single bed, a desk, a small closet and a nice hunger for your shirts and coats. I should note that it does not have a door per se (I use a wall divider and a wooden curtain) but it s perfectly divided as if it were a room (you can see it in the picture) and I can guarantee that you will have your own privacy. Ideally I am looking for a young professional or graduate student (only 15 min by bus to York University), gay friendly boy or girl. I hope you like to keep our place clean, tidy and be respectful with one another. The rent is really convenient as it includes internet, electricity, water and gas. You should be able to move in by May 1. |
