Description
Are you looking for somewhere to live for the next school year starting in August? Read below!

I'm officially looking for a roommate the next year school year, to help share an apartment with me. My current roommate is looking to move in with people from her program, so I thought I could also do the same! Below is all the information that you may need to know. If you are interested - which I hope you are - send me a private message for any additional info, or give me a ring or send an email. I also need to find someone who is also willing to commit by the end of the month, so that my landlords can get all the correct paperwork filled out in time. So time is of the essence!

Lease: August 1st, 2016 - August 1st, 2017. - One month before the school year starts; perfect timing.

Address: 270 Seaton Street, Toronto. (Literally, a five minute walk from the RCC, Pitman Hall and Kerr Hall, so no TTC needed!)

Rent: $800 per month, with all utilities included (bargain price for something so close to Ryerson plus downtown!). Or, $835 per month, if you would also like to use the internet I have installed (Rogers Ignite 100u). - or feel free to install your own!

Room: The room itself is a medium sized room, as the house is victorian. You can easily fit a single bed, plus a desk in there. There is also a closet built into the room, so you will have space to fit all your clothes. You can also still fit a double/queen bed in the room too and have a decent amount of space. My roommate actually wanted to put her desk out in the living room to work, so she could have a little more space - something I'm totally open for any of you to do as well.

Laundry and garden: We have a washer and dryer in our basement, so no need to head to the laundromat. We also, have a back garden, so that you can experience all the nature that Toronto has to offer!

I hope that's a good amount of info for anyone who is interested about wanting to help be my roommate for next year! Just a little info about me, I'm a second year student, (going into third), I'm a bubbly, fun person to be around and easy to live with. Also, I'm British and have a fun accent. Contact me ASAP if interested!
