This 3bd is on the top floor with a great view and by Downsview park which is a great place to go for a jog in the morning. It's also very close to the amenities such as metro, shoppers, bus stops, hospital, day care/elementary school etc. I am looking for a responsible individual(preferably a student) to basically take care of my room for a fair price while i'm gone for Europe. There are 2 other people(females) who live at the house so have to respect others.
