| This cozy furnished private basement room is available for April 30 and long term is preferred. It has a bed with drawers underneath, new carpet, a desk and other furniture if you need it. Everything is included in the price Like; unlimited High speed internet, laundry, hydro etc and theres a fan if you want. You would share the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with a Spanish couple (1 male, 1 female) and they would prefer another woman for a roommate. The kitchen has everything you would need. The apartment is in the basement of a raised bungalow house so there is a lot of headroom with a ceiling height of 8 feet. There is a small dog in the upstairs part of the house so being dog friendly helps. It's a 3 minute walk from 24 hour Queen streetcar. The House is also a ten minute bus ride from Pape Subway station. Its located halfway between downtown and the beaches in the area known as the film district or Leslieville or south riverdale. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown. The house is in a very good neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and 3 big grocery stores that are 3 minute walk away. Its also a perfect location for a George brown college student or people who work downtown.
